Elf Tranzporter

Born in Los Angeles, California, 1967 (Australian resident since 1992) Marlon Ray G. Porter, aka. Elf Tranzporter, (ex- MetaBassnBreath) maintains a prominent live-show presence within Melbourne's infamous hiphop, dub and electronic music scene accompanied by shows before large audiences in the US. Currently, Elf Tranzporter brings his blend of 'heart-core' lyricism, and beat boxing to crews, Combat Wombat (ElefantTraks) and Heavyweight Dub Champion (SF), as well as emceeing at shows along side some of Melbourne's finest musicians and production wizards; namely, Fortknight Production, Monkey Marc, Mista Savona, Pterostylus, Operators and Count Bounce - (TZU) Since his arrival in Melbourne in 2002, and along with tutoring workshops at schools, community events and juvenile justice centres, (from urban to outback) Elf Tranzporter, has also featured integral within the genesis and sonic evolution of groups such as True Live, Red Eyes and Illzilla; Corelated to a series of successful weekly nights, he conceived and hosted, most notably; Mixomatosis (Barbukka), PhatLogic Sundays, and most recently, RadiusRhymeOneOne (Evelyn, Fitzroy).
