Little Red

Catchy tunes, sharp suits and killer harmonies - Little Red are the most visually and musically exciting outfit to hit these shores since The Rolling Stones in 1963. Whether it's pop, rock'n'roll, soul or R&B, if the kids can dance to it the Little Red boys will be playing it, and if the Little Red boys be playing it, then the kids will be dancing. For over a year now Little Red have continued their rapid rise through the bursting ranks of Melbourne's cut-throat pop scene, earning legions of hip young fans and the title of "Melbourne's Harmony Kings" along the way. The formula is simple: Tom takes bass, Quang takes baritone, Dominic the lead and Adrian the tenor, while Taka, previously a Japanese scientist of some renown, provides the beat. The effect is more complex: think strawberry milkshakes and sherbet straws and you'll have some idea just how sweet these boys sound as they slam four-part harmonies on crunching guitar hooks and jumping bass-lines.
