Spider Vomit

Spider Vomit have a great band name, get around in matching tie dye and have a tendency to take too much acid. They’re also one of the strangest, most exciting bands to pop out of Melbourne in recent months.

Spider Vomit are heavy. Like 70s downers that are now illegal, they take the torque out of everything. Even when they get all Sonic Youth on it, there’s still a fearsome shudder to this Melbourne quintet.

Widows Walk is their debut EP and it’s all kinds of fascinating.
